I got now schengen visa for my girlfriend my embassy was unable to answer me the question how much one day overstay inside schengen coasts! In case the Thai visitor have exident before have to leave I still don't know who the would handle this! The insurance for the visitor told me we pay for this but not get confirmed Is true or not? What's important is that if she overstays then she may have difficulty in obtaining another Schengen visa, or one to any Western country, in the future.
