In my experience when you telephone any car dealer you get a blasé a reception and messed around on the phone waiting etc and a very unprofessional response and complete lack of care or knowledge about your requirement, I trying to avoid all that.

I take mine to Toyota BKK Rangsit for servicing and have been very pleased with them so far. We bought it from a flying insect themed dealer, I won't be going there again.

I use Toyota dealership in lad phrao near big c for bigger checkups and the one at huay kwang (pratacharat bamphen road for small stuff). The former has a manager of some type who speaks English but the rest of the staff not so much. The latter is much smaller but has some English speaking people staff outside the showroom.

Both were good and fair priced.
