How To Apply For A 5-Year Multi-Entry Visa On A Chinese Passport In Bangkok?

I entered Thailand with my US passport. My 30-day entry is coming to an end soon. My husband's business here in Thailand is growing rapidly. And I would like to get a multiple entry (ME) visa on my Chinese passport to to travel between Thailand and China. I understand there is a 1-year ME visa. Is there a way to apply for a ME visa for more than 1-year, i.e. 5-year ME? If so, can I do it while I am in Bangkok? How?

You can not apply for any multi entry Thai visa while in Thailand and there is no option for a 5 year version in any case.
