Could Need Some Help Finding Water Heater Element For Samsung Washing Machine

Featured Replies

Hello,

We have an washing machine from Samsung and needs to have a new heating element.

Last time I came by Samsung they told me that I need to bring the complete washing machine as they wouldnt sell just parts??

So I would like to ask if someone could tell me where I could find stores in Chiang Mai whom are selling spare parts for washing machines.

I have been to the one near Kad San Kaew but I couldnt find it there so maybe you know another place to go.

Thanks in advance

JME

Amorn has washing machine parts.

Thanks for the info, I have been there already but dont know for sure if they have the heating elements.

Maybe there are other shops as well in CM.

Thanks,

Samsung have usually done home visits for us for problems with washing machines ,dryers, aircon etc.

Not expensive, usually cost of parts + call out fee of around 200baht.

and you'll never know for sure until you go and ask....

or, there is a samsung service unit about two or three doors down from the Amorn in the city.

Thanks,

Samsung engineers just came and fixed ours for a very small call out fee plus parts. Are you sure you called the right place?

Saha Phanit on road to Mae Rim about 1 km past the Super Highway has a good parts department. They order for walk in customers. Drive in to the back parking lot and go up the stairs in the back of the long building that is on the south side of the parking area.

Samsung products are shit. You should throw it in the dumper and get something else. Sorry for the negativity, but it springs from a long history ofdisappointments withthis company's products. I'll never by another. A Thai told me Samsung was shit in a nice wrapper.

I mean, just think about the "we won't sell you any parts" policy. That also happened to me, too (washer part). <deleted>?
