not small really

about 1/8 - 3/16" in diameter

sorry i do not know the metrics

white greenish shell

hard to break

inside looks much more like a seed than an egg

once the shell is broken it admits a seed like object that splits in two

so fairly easy to rule out a parasite egg but disconcerting still

unfortunatley can not connect to anything eaten in the past 48

any ideas?

My best guess is that it's something you're eating - like legumes or beans or seeds - pumpkin seeds perhaps? I know some of those don't get digested by a lot of people and can be seen in excreta.
