Work Permit Photocopy Verification Or Attested By Ministry Of Foreign Affairs

Hi Friends,

I need to use my work permit's photocopy.

I was advised to attest the photocopy of my work permit by ministry of foreign affairs.

Do somebody have idea about this, need to go to Lak si or somewhere else??

To be honest I have never heard to this and I have handed over plenty of copies of my WP over the years...its normally just enough to sign the copy yourself, some places will want to see the original WP before they take copy off you e.g. Rayong traffic department

It is needed @ Indian embassy, since this april they have a new rule that copy of work permit must be attested by ministry of foreign affairs.

This would be the recognized method to make a Thai document legal for most foreign governments. Yes it is done at Chiang Watanna MFA office or most copy/translation services can do.
