Jet Ski Scam And Then Young Boy Found Dead

I was down by the boathouse Hotel in Jomiten at 4pm on Thursday 26th and noticed a couple of Russians been scammed by the jet ski operators asking for 20,000 Baht, i carried on walking and then on my way back 30 minutes later, i noticed a crowd of people on the beach standing in the same area that the Russians was standing and the emergency vans in attendance, i thought it was one of the Russians that maybe been attacked, but found out that a young boy had been found dead either in the sea on on the beach, RIP to the young Boy.

i contacted pattaya one News for any info, But no reply. i was quite shocked to see how many people has been found dead along the coast line of Pattaya over the last few weeks,
