On Tuesday 27 December Andaman News showed excerpts from all the major memorial ceremonies, a speech by US President Bush to all tsunami affected countries, and an emotional interview with 2 British women who lost Thai friends in the tsunami.

ON MONDAY 26 DECEMBER ANDAMAN NEWS WAS BROADCAST LIVE FROM PATONG BEACH. We had interviews with Australian & British Ambassadors, U.S. Deputy Head of Mission and a British 11 year old girl who warned others of the tsunami. On our special report we highlighted the injured tourist and Thai helper who we filmed just minutes after the tsuanmi hit Patong in the first breaking footage, which was shown around the world the same day, 26 December 2004.
