I am visiting Thailand for many years and never had a need to use a lawyer. Recently, I am considering to buy a condo in Pattaya and was told that it is a good idea to involve Thai lawyer who would make sure that all paperwork is proper. Besides, reading various stories about people finding themselve in legal trouble while in Thailand, I realized that I was probably was just lucky to avoid anything in this category. My question is:

can somebody recommend a good Thai lawyer (English speaking) in BKK-Pattaya area who could help with closing a condo deal but also having an experience in helping farangs finding themselves in legal trouble.
