I read in the newspaper this morning that the government approved spending 1.7 billion baht to build a 23km embankment along Klong Rangsit to prevent overflow in the future. Would anyone have any idea as to whether the embankment would be on the North side of Klong Rangsit or the South side or maybe more sensibly both sides.

Stupid and pointless comment.

If the embankment is being built to stop it overflowing, then it will be built on both sides. If it was only built on one side then it could still overflow.
