Hi

I have a travel website and an English company, to collect customers and send them to Thailand on a package tour. I would like my girlfriend (Thai) to open a business in Thailand and employ 2 staff (travel guides) They both have all the tour guide licences. The plan is I will send the customers to her company and she will run the tour program that has been made.

Am I doing everything the proper way and is everything going to be legal? I'm just starting my research into all of this and it's confusing! Does anybody know if it is correct that we will need 10,000 deposit for the licences? And is this going to be a long progress?

Any help would be much appreciated :)
