manarak
Hello, I'm looking for a Netsim data plan with direct debit from my bank account. Does anyone know if any provider (AIS, DTAC, TRUE, TOT, ...) offers this?
lomatopo
I think the major service providers all offer on-line management of post-paid accounts, including the ability for you to pay your monthly bill electronically from a linked bank account. Example: AIS, https://eservice.ais.co.th/EBillWeb/ But I think all of these require the customer to take the initiative each month, perhaps prompted by a reminder email, which is probably a good thing? manarak
update on this: I enquired at a Telewiz shop about post-paid and they said it requires a work permit. When I said I already paid TOT and power by direct debit, this quickly changed to "just provide passport and bank account details". So it is possible. I forgot to ask about direct debit options though.
