Non-Imm O ( Single & Multi ) Based To Have A Thai Child At Savannakhet Thai Consulate

Featured Replies

I see at many post that the Consulat Thai of Savannakhet are relative friendly & don't ask about proof of funds based of the Marriage visa, but for me I'm not married, but I've child with girlfriend Thai

I've on my possession ;

- The original & copy of Birth Certificate of the child

- copy of ID card of the mother

- copy of Tabian Ban mother.

( but I don't have the legalized child & don't have also the funds proof ) baby just fews months now..

So, I have two options ?

the Single "O" will give me issued right or not ?

& the Multiple "O" can also get or not ?

Thanks.

A single Entry would be all you could expect.

You can get a 60 day extension at Thai Immigration.

Are you named as the father on the birth certificate?

Yes, right,

Take a small note from the mother with you, asking for a visa for you and confirming you are living togehter and taking care of the baby together. It might make all the difference.

Make sure that the mother signs the copy of her ID and Tabien Baan book.
