I would like to buy a speed boat or small fishing boat in siracha area.

Lenght : about 5 to 7 meter

I dont have any boat driving licence actually.

How is the process in thailand to drive a boat for foreigner and to buy a boat ?

We need to pass a driving licence ?

When we buy a boat, which paper the saler must provide ?
