Does a Thai National need a Passport and Visa to travel to Cambodia for 2 weeks (Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville)?

If Passport is needed, any information on how and where a Thai National obtains a Passport (living in BKK) would be appreciated.

TH people need both Passport +visa

-need id card , and 1150 bht or so

visa

-can do at the border Trat -Koh Kong

- passport
