I am looking to renew my multiple entry non o marriage visa, Penang seems to be the most accessible by air & cheapest, has anyone got any experience from going to Penang to do this? inc any hotels, location of thai consulate, getting there taxis etc? money changing, time waiting for visa etc,

As of mid January this year Multiple entry 12 month 'O' visa was still being issued if legally married to a Thai national. Wedding cert, copy of partners ID and House book plus at least 180,000 in bank. Google New Banana Guest House Chulia Street and speak/email Lilly, she will let you know the current situation.
