Actually you have all got it very wrong..

The first one is a rapid deployment unit as the call has just come in that some farang is about to shell out some serious money to a jetski scammer and these helpful policemen are all on the way down there to assist in disbursement of said funds...

The second one is the police chief who having learned that there was no more room on the bike has decided to go down himself and save the day... of course what is not known generally is that he was the previous evening supposed to watch a training vidoe but got it mixed up with his Robocop collection.

Boys with new toys! Was in KL a year ago and noticed the car park attendants using that vehicle shown in second pic to patrol the vast car park.

No way! Really?

They don't very aerodynamically sound.

They did, I saw one do it, but not very often (I was usually around the back of the sofa).

About as aerodynamic as a Transit Van, and they can fly too.
