i had some treatments for the last 3 years at ram hospital and i am not happy with it. in my country i can go to the

hospital and ask them for my medical records to take to another hospital.

does anyone know if i can also do this here?

Yes at Ram, ask at the first floor main reception desk with your passport for ID, fill out a form, it takes a few days, no charge for the copies.
