Upon further investigation they seems to get pretty bad reviews. It's all good and no apology necessary at all. I should start a new thread for it but what i'd really like is a VPN that would allow me to view content such as Pandora, Hulu, BBC TV, and etc. Today for instance I couldn't get the www.smithsonian.com to play full versions even though I could see some shorter videos.
