Cannot Add Biller Group To Top Up Mobile In Scb Easy Online Banking?

Featured Replies

hello!

I just recognizes that scb change the layout in online banking , before I only enter the mobile number I want to top up got the tan by SMS confirm, and finish now, iam unable to select the amount I want recharge, menu want not pop up,try 3 diffrent browser!

Now the want I add a biller group I select mobile then Dtac save the information, go back to menu but it shows again no biller list selected and don't save the information top up not possible?!

Yes, they did change the procedure for Mobile Top Up, you now have to add your mobile provider to your biller list in Payments & Ebill and once added it will open up to a new section below My Biller List, which will be My Operator List

The advantage of the new system is that you will no longer have to fill in the details of your mobile phone number and provider and will only have to pick how much money you want to "top up". Pain to set up, but once done is really easy to top up your mobile phone account with just one click

Sounds to me like you have not set your mobile provider correctly since you fail to mention receiving your OTOP (one time password) to verify the addition of your mobile provider to your biller list
