Does anyone know what is required for a extention of a BOI based WP and B-Visa ?

And I would suspect every extension will require the same documents (updated).

Yes use one stop, but to avoid conplications its may better to know it myself.

The one thing you learn the hard way is to be prepared for everything

So better know it, make sure HR prep it properly before beeing sent home.

Its not somethings HR does every day, since i'm the only foreign employee.

At the normal labour office, it is mostly the same documents every year, safe a very few. The BOI has its own rules, so it is not exactly the same as the normal labour office, but if they prepare the same docuemnts as the last time, all should be fine.

One thing to note.

One stop service center extend your stay based on work, but not extend based on marriage (supporting wife with work)

Much less document is required for extension of stay and work permit extension at the One stop center.

If I want to extend based on marriage (even though I'm working for a BOI company) I need to go to Chaeng Wattana for extension and submit all documents.
