what does it take to upgrade SK 1land to Nor Sor 3 or Nor Sor 3 Gor ? i believe it is possible but what is the process and is it a costly Deal ? the land is used for agriculture ....

thanks for that i guess it will have to be done via the courts , perhaps i will start at the land office ..i am helping the family sort out what can only be described as loose land ownership going back two or more generations ... has anyone done this via the courts ?
