New Passport - Entry Stamp In Old Passport

Recommended Posts

Quick question - I just got a new passport, and my old one has been cancelled (bar code strip cut off). My entry stamp is in my old passport, and I leave the country on Thursday. Do I just show both passports at the immigration counter when I leave? Or do I need to get the entry stamp transferred somehow at Chaeng Wattana?

I also have a multiple entry 1 year non-O in my old passport - if I want to keep using that do I show both passports when I next come to Thailand?

Thanks.

One flame removed.

You exit showing both passports and to use visa for return do again at entry. Only if on an extension of stay from Chiang Watanna would you have to have transfer done there. Not for simple visa/entry stamp stay.
