Hi, I have accepted a place on a tefl course in phuket starting in feb 06 and was wondering about visa options - will i just get a 30 dayer on the border and do a visa run or can i apply for longer visa at all?

I am 31 years old and british and will not have a plane ticket to leave thailand at that time.
