Asian Tigers Transpo and Hong Kong Transpack are very good - both have been in biz here for about 30 years, Santa Fe, Allied Pickfords also pretty decent. Sometimes the insurance can cost as much as the move, so be careful there. Should be no more than 1.5% of insured value. Huge difference between real movers and a bunch of locals with a truck...worth the money - they unpack, place, re-assemble, remove debris, etc. (I used to be in the biz) Get 3 quotes - they'll all do a home survey for free. Might not be cheap - and most likely, all the prices of the established firms will be very similar...a bit funny... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
