What's the salary range for a Thai programmer and graphics person with say 3-5 years of experience? How much for other sort of benefits? Will there be people who has experience in developing mobile applications? My company is thinking of setting up a branch over there to do some work for our main company.

Plenty of freelancers to hire also.

Chiang mai is a nice place be & to do business and the wages and living costs are significantly less than bkk
