Im staying in Udonthani and looking for the way to make work permit and Visa here. Would you mind introducing me step by step to make this?? My nationality is Vietnamese. What will paperworks be needed from my company? Where can I apply for WP in Udon? Thanks a lots!

For the work permit your employer best contact the labour department to get all the required forms to fill in. Part of the documents required will be from the company itself, the other part will be documents you will have to provide, such as passport, a medical certificate from a doctor and your educational papers.

You can only get a work permit if you have a non-B visa, if you don't have a non-b visa the labour office will give you a wp3 form. Togehter with this form and soem papers from your company you can get a non-B visa abroed from a Thai consulate. Than you return to Thailand on the non-B visa and can get the work permit.

The company must have a reeason to hire a foreigner instead of a Thai national.
