8,000 Yabba Tablets seized in Chonburi Police drug bust

CHONBURI: 8,000 Yabba Tablets, 3 guns and 1.2 Million Baht’s worth of assets were seized from four suspected drug dealers based in Chonburi District.

Police Lieutenant General Panya, the Region 2 Police Commissioner led a press conference at Chonburi Police Station on Friday announcing the arrests and significant seizure of drugs and revealing how an investigation into a prison inmate currently incarcerated at Chonburi Central Prison prompted a series of undercover operations which resulted in the drugs and guns seizure and arrests of the four suspected dealers who were described by the General as “major players” in the drug market around Chonburi Province.
