If you are a member at California Wow, they do have many PTs there. Although I am unsure how good or well-trained they are.

I used one of the guys there,(at wow)good one.Forget his name,asian but from USA.Loud music?never when I was there.

Agree - they do play music, but its never intrusive and its easy to hold a conversation on the exercise floor. Bit louder in the reception area and at the entrance.
