Not the typical unskilled duplicate maker such as in the lower level of Central (door and padlock types), but a real locksmith type person. I finally got around to visiting the guy outside Tesco Lotus Rawai, however he said he couldn't do it, but recommended I try the one in Big C. Sure enough, the guy there managed to do one, though he wasn't completely sure that it would be successful. Anyway, went out to the boat yesterday and it worked.
