Agree with most of what he say's there except he would not walk into the England squad.

If you forget the comment about him being a walk in then yes he raises some reasonable points. Ofcourse Richards should be there, his omission is a travesty. there are also strong arguenents for the likes of Carrick and Holt. if kelly was brought in instead of ferdinand then theres a strong arguement for ferdinand aswell.

Regardless i find some of Roys picks in the squad bewildering. The knives of our poisonous football media are being sharpened for him i have no doubt.

Not a chance of getting in the squad and nothing to do with anything off-field. Just not very good these days, was ace at City, everything went through him, was effective for Newcastle too but there must be 2, 3, tops games for QPR where he rose above mediocrity!

He's just concerned that no one has paid any attention to him for 15 minutes
