Either way I think the Irish Pub makes a much better reference. It's at the traffic light intersection just past there. The area is locally known as Boon yoo market (Kad Boon Yoo), even though it's currently not in use as such, of course.

And it's popular with Thai people too, especially the kind of people who are getting just a little bit sick of the snobbishness in places like Nimman, and/or are open to mingling with an international crowd. (And as such, also known as 'the right kind' of Thai people. wink.png ) And of course when open after-hours, it's also a good place for off-duty bar staff who don't enjoy Spicy (which is a fairly large contingent, and again 'the right kind' of off-duty bar staff, who have the good sense to avoid Spicy. wink.png )

In summary, Zoe is turning into a really big place these days, with a nice open bar on one side, and an inside dance pub on the other. And loads of people in the middle, during high season.

For completeness, the web link: http://zoeinyellowchiangmai.com/

Facebook: https://www.facebook.../zoeinyellowbar

And Streetview: http://goo.gl/maps/xiTU (It looks better at night. wink.png )

So now please nobody ask 'Whud is Zoe' without as much as a Google for 'Zoe Chiang Mai'.
