I asked the visa non-O Single Entry at Vientiane, today.. based to have a Thai child. I put the copy of Birth Certificate, also one copy of ID of the mother;

So, at the Consular section they're look often & often my passport, which I had some exemptions visa, & & visa tourist but issued at last year..

So finally I get paid my visa, and and the receipt with my name & the number of visa ^^ it mean it be positive or not. ?. I need to pick up my passport tomorrow

Yes you should get the single entry visa without any problem tomorrow. You can also extend that entry 60 days if daughter is with you at an immigration office inside Thailand.

Today, I get successful and pick-up my passport with visa, from Vientiane Consular Section, my Non-Immigrant "O" Single Entry visa, based on a Thai Child, they don't ask me what I need to show, I just put copy of birth certificate of baby and ID copy of mother, without sign from her to his document.

But I don't know if they can provide often this visa non O, everytime people will ask it, like as tourist visa is going be refused if apply too many times. Because I was surprised how she looked lasts stamps of entry/exit Thailand.. to apply my non O visa ^^

I just get rip-off 100 baht for the people write form the document at near Consular. You can do it yourself & print also before at website of Thai Embassy in Vientiane, and glue the two pictures, it will make you save money and time. If any copy need, you can make it also at upstair in Consular, just for 1000 kip / copy. Another people near Consulat will charge you 10/20 baht the copy, don't get be rip off ; )

There should not be any issue on the number of such visas as long as you qualify for them.
