my wife is bringing her two 11 year old sons to live with us in uk. sons have not seen biological father for some 10 years , he went away and has not been seen 9 usual scenario ) anyway in order for my wife to bring her kids to uk does the biological father need to sign any documents ? is this a neccesity ?
