Cambodian jumps from 2nd floor apartment in Jomtien

PATTAYA:--A Cambodian national is believed to have jumped from a second floor apartment in Jomtien, early on Tuesday Morning.

Police and Rescue workers were called to Jomtien Beach Soi 2 and attended to Mr. Samphors Ieng aged 23 who was lying on the ground in front of the apartment block with blood coming from his ankle which sustained a compound fracture. The owner of the building, Khun Radree aged 36 explained Mr. Ieng had been living there for almost one month and two days ago he told the owner that he was preparing to move out.

Moments before the apparent suicide attempt, Khun Radree was preparing food in a shop underneath the apartments when she saw Mr. Ieng fall from the 2nd floor.
