Much depends on what you're looking for. Probably the one wat in Thailand that's most oriented towards English-speaking foreigners is still Wat Suanmok in Chaiya, Surat Thani province. On the other hand if you're seeking a place to study mindfulness meditation, then Wat Ram Poeng, Wat Phra That Jom Thong and Wat Phra That Doi Suthep - all in Chiang Mai province - might be better. If you want an overall immersion in Tha Theravada Buddhism in the 'forest style', then you should definitely look into Wat Pa Nanachat in Beung Wai, Ubon Ratchathani province.
