Marinated Pork Ribs, Oven Roasted A La Tutsi...

just did the above using a bottled Kikkoman teriyaki marinade supplemented with Maggi fermented seasoning...buy the ribs loose down the market (about 5 kilos) or at the meat counter at tescos and marinate over night then roast (1 hour on high, then 2 hrs on low) in yer oven...it drives everyone wild especially the kids who can be finicky eaters...
