i have some insurance from where i come from but planned to retire in Thailand in 10 years' time.

What should i do? Should i maintain the current till 10 years later, and then ditch them and start the Thai insurance plan then OR should i start the Thai insurance from now and discontinue the ones i have? i typically visit my 2nd home in CNX once or twice a year.
