I had a car accident and it was the other guy's fault.

They said my car would be fixed in 1 week but 7 weeks on it still isn't.

I've been abroad and didn't need it so didn't hassle them.

Today I rented a car, and tomorrow check with the other guy's insurance co. if they will pay the rental fee.

I doubt very much if they will pay it.

Has anyone got any experience in this area?

My insurance co. today said that they wouldn't pay, and the other one will, but I doubt it.
