Everbank

Hello,

Recently, to get around problems using BoA to transfer money to Bangkok Bank, I opened an account with EverBank (www.everbank.com).

The only complaint I have is a major one: Most of the time, I can't access the "external transfer" pages. I get a "page cannot be displayed" error. I've spoken to the technical support people at Everbank but they deny knowing of a problem. They can't explain why this is happening, other than to guess that there is some kind of timeout. Fine, but I can access all my BoA pages at the same time, so there is something odd about their setup.

Just as frustrating, I was able to set up external accounts at one time, but the pages that I can open don't seem to indicate that these external setups are still valid.

I have this problem with IE on Windows and Mac. IE is the supported browser.

I wonder if anyone else has experienced the same problem over here in Thailand. If I can't solve this, I'll have to try something else - Bank of Internet, maybe.
