They had a very impressive 4th place finish (out of 16) in pool play with a 7-2 record, even taking a set from the Americans who are the 2-time defending champions. Thailand lost a heart-breaker yesterday to Turkey 3 sets to 1. 4th set went into extra points. Unfortunately one more loss and they are eliminated. On Astro Supersports. USA v Turkey on live at the moment.
