F1 In Chiang Mai?!?

6pm TNN news reported that the talked about Thai F1 race that has been discussed for BKK with 3 possible locations, one which is a street race, now there is also talk about CM at the Royal Flora Ratchaphruek for a 2014 Grand Prix. Wow, believe it when I see it as F1 is crazy as Thailand but I for one would be lovin' it!

The last race meeting to be held at Ratchaphreuk was the Honda Race Day in 2008. Some exciting racing but I seem to remember that the drivers weren't so keen on it as the kerbs were particularly unforgiving. The position of the stands could have been safer too....
