I get into the site, can select a vidoe, but trying to start it say= error, try later.

Youtube worked for me ok, last night and today. Last time I had this message their was a conflict with Firefox and Adobe Flash Player. This was caused by having Real Player installed, you need to disable the Real Player plug in, in Firefox.
