I read somewere that among the requesting papers for obtain a wp ,they asking a household registration of wife in the case you married, but that no request if you are unmarried.

I married with a thai wife and we planning to buy a house in the future , but at present time we living in a house on rent . Now I starting to ask a wp as a employee for a thai company. So my question is: what changes may I have to get a W.P without divorce my wife?

Usally you get the job first, and after by earning money you buy a house, not viceversa.

You do not need to get divorced.

The house papers are just for proof of address.

You can get an acceptable letter from either your embassy or from immigration

All Thai are listed on a home register (normally their parents) and that is what is required for your wife. There is no requirement that you have one (thus no request if you unmarried).
