I need to extend my tourist visa for another 30 days and I just want to know about the photocopies of the passport.

I know I need a photo and copy of the front page of the passport but is the other copy of the visa and the entry stamp or only the visa or only the entry stamp?

Just want to make things as smooth as possible when I arrive there and not have to go back to stand in line at the photo copy machine..
