Computer Repair – Pantip Plaza (Khun Kong)

Featured Replies

When I was in CM 2 years ago, there was a helpful guy in Pantip Plaza who did computer repairs at very reasonable cost. Yesterday I went looking for him but his old unit is now occupied by a printing shop.

I was just about to head home when I came across him in a different location on the second floor (central area). So if anyone has been looking for him of late, and can’t find the bloke, that's where he is.

Just thought I'd let the forum know, just in case some locals don't know ;)

I highly recommend him. in my stay here in Thailand that is the third shop he has been in. I think management keeps moving him around.

He is on the same end of the building as office depot only on the second floor and I believe one aisle over from the escalator.

Is there anything specific, such as name or signage or anything that would identify this new shop? I have a dead Toshiba laptop that I need resurrected.

Thanks.

All I can say is he is on the same end of the building as office supply. He is on the second floor on one of the inner aisle I think it is one over from the escalator and he speaks real good English.

Good Luck

I was having problems with my netbook. Had heard many good things

about Khun Kong at Chiang Mai Computer Club and went looking for

his shop at Pantip Plaza. If you were getting off the elevator

on second floor, walk straight ahead to the first cross walk. At

the first crosswalk, his shop is on the far right hand side.Has

sign on back wall with letters "PW" on it. The letters are initials

for his wife's name and his name. Very knowledgeable guy. Knows sufficient

English related to computers to communicate effectively about computer

problems. Would definitely recommend him for solving computer problems.

Is he good with Apple too?

Does khun kong sell and install software as well?
