Water Around Maprachan

I'm several kms west of you, near Wat Suttawat. I have water, but the pressure decreased significantly a few days ago, and has not returned to where it was prior to that. No idea what's going on; but assumption was that they have diverted a lot of water somewhere along the line for some sort of construction activity.

Having lived here for 6 years, and endured the unending string of frequent water shutdowns or pressure drops, power outages, inconsistent internet service, and horrible road maintenance; I've gotten to the point where I just let go with a short stream of profanities, and chalk it up to the overall incompetence in the area of infrastructure in this area! ... Or to put it more briefly ... TIT!

I didn't have too may problems in my previous house in Pong when I used city water, but I did have three large storage tanks and there were times when I had to buy water from tankers when the city supply dried up.

You could try contacting the water dept on Chaiyapornvitee to see if they can enlighten you as to the problems.

For the past 2 years I have been using well water from the village I live in, just off the lake, and have never had a dry day. I use quite a lot of water for my garden and pool and the cost is fraction of what it used to be when using city water.

Maybe you should think about getting your own water well.

On the side of the lake where the pumping and filtration plant is they are laying new large pipes along the roadside which I would believe would upset regular supply as they dig up the old pipes and lay the new.
