If its the older section its 400 baht a month plus your water bill which is generally around 200 baht . The use of the pool for home owners is 30 baht per day . If its the newer section they charge by square wah and the average is about 700 baht a month . Your water is charged by the water company and Im not sure of the costs. I do know the new sectioned homes are all equipt with an alternate water tank and pump . This all may change soon as Rungarroon company has sold all of their plots and are turning the Moo baan over to either Hang Dong or the home owners . A vote on that is set for this month . So all could change along with the current services the moo baan provides I did hear Rungarroon will keep the Club house and the pool .......
