Is there any Van service from Future Park Rangsit to Kanchanaburi ?

Don't really know, but bet you'd have to get one down to the Victory Monument (Anu Sivili Thai) then switch to one for Kan.

Ask around the van station there on the north end of the mall, opposite Robinson.
