It Job Searched

Dear Sir or Mam,

I am currently Searching for an IT Job in Thailand.

at the moment i live in Germany but have serious Plans and Preparations to move to Thailand at the end of this year.

I am married and my wife has the Thai Nationality .

My wife and my to children live in Thailand ( near Surin).

As long as i can reach my Home in Surin for 1-2 days a week i am very flexible in the work place.(Bangkok would do the train line fits for me)

I also can work at home via vpn if wanted (depends on the Internet line we get in the village but Sat should do the work).

At this time i have a full time contract with an International Customer Interaction center (Teleperformance)

I have 15 Years of Expirence with Customer Support for different clients.(mostly international customers like Printer manufacturer, Computer manufacturer, Software manufacturer.)

Expirence in C2B and B2B environments.

Practical Expirence with Windows Server Systems (ALL Versions!) and HP Server systems present.

I have Basic Knowledge about Exchange Systems but currently only in a small 1 Server Installation.

and yes i know how to setup a network and to test and troubleshoot one also i have some knowledege on website maintance i mostly use standard cms systems like Joomla,Wordpress)

I have Practical Administration Knowledge in environments with 5 - 50 employee.( the usual thing : Password Reset,Login error, application error,application installation,Printer problems,Server repair, RAID repair, and so on all you can think happens in small companys with no own IT.)

My current main Job includes Shift Planning and Reporting Creation.

So Knowledege with Microsoft Office Products is present ( Versions 2003 - 2010 )

and German Shift planing software (aspect) also.

I can Work with Lotus Notes as well.

Basic Linux Knowledge is there but i use it only for specilized tasks like Firewall Systems or Proxy server.

So you see i am an Generalist and if i don't know a sollution i find one.

I Speak German of course

and English. (currently i don't need much of english talking but as soon as i use it more it will become better )

My Thai language knowledege is at the moment very low but i will learn it this needs only time and patience.
